Greg Albert Files Complaint Alleging Claims Against Pierce County School District for Ignoring Repeated Warnings About Bullying

Greg Albert filed a complaint today alleging that a Pierce County School District failed to protect a 14-year old schoolgirl who repeatedly warned them she was being targeted and beaten up by a group of girls. As a result of the school’s failure to act, she had her teeth punched loose on one occasion and suffered a concussion during a violent beating on another occasion.
